LIST OF YOUR UNIVERSITY REPRESENTATIVES
Our list of university representatives is the association of the individual student bodies at TUM and is therefore politically independent. Our members are firmly embedded within the respective student bodies, which means that we are the only list with a comprehensive view of the entire university while also having an in-depth understanding of the situation within each faculty. This enables us to represent the interests of all students and to know where compromises are necessary when individual interests conflict.

INTERESTS
The members of the LitFaS List are committed not to representing their own interests or those of any political group, but rather the interests of all students — including those who do not actively engage. Achieving this requires continuous communication in both directions. On the one hand, all students must be kept informed about important issues; on the other, feedback, wishes and suggestions from students are essential. After all, one must understand an opinion in order to represent it appropriately.
THEMATIC DIVERSITY
The LitFaS addresses not just individual issues, but the full range of topics affecting student life: from appointments, study regulations and the quality of teaching to the Bologna process, tuition-related funding, the provision of study spaces, sustainability, and the improvement of student exchange programmes. The List is characterised by a critical yet consistently constructive dialogue with all stakeholders involved. Its aim is to improve study conditions in the interest of all students and to ensure that studying remains manageable.
FACULTY REPRESENTATION
Candidates on the LitFaS List have already gained extensive experience within their respective student bodies prior to the university elections. For this very reason, we work in close cooperation with the student body representatives beyond individual faculties — for example within the Student Council (FSR) — in order to achieve university-wide objectives.
ACTIVE EXCHANGE
The LitFaS is open to questions, suggestions and, of course, criticism from all students. Exchange takes place through faculty assemblies (FVV) and general student assemblies (SVV), as well as through faculty committees, meetings of the Student Council (FSR), and sessions of the Student Representation. All of these are open to every student. In addition, students should not only be represented but also actively supported through university-wide networking.
STUDENT LIFE
Studying is not just about lectures and exams, but also about cultural, sporting and social aspects. It is important to us to improve students’ overall living conditions. This includes issues such as mobility and, in particular, student housing. In addition, the List of School Representatives is committed to ensuring that student life continues to thrive through parties and festivals such as TUNIX and GARNIX.

To ensure that all interests are adequately represented, we rely on your feedback, criticism, suggestions, and questions. You can reach us at any time by email (litfas@fs.tum.de), at the Departmental Student Council Assembly and the General Student Assembly (FVV & SVV), which are held once each semester, at the public meetings of the Student Councils Council or the Student Representation, and, of course, in person.
